Offered to clients globally, our coaching services fall under four categories. Unlike therapy, these services do not include us making mental health diagnoses:
Performance Coaching
Brainspotting is a revolutionary, scientifically validated way of accessing the emotional (subcortical) part of the brain to promote deep processing, bring the unconscious to a level of consciousness, and create greater self-awareness. Developed by Dr. David Grand, it has been shown to be effective in enhancing sports performance, and can help actors, musicians, and public speakers. In time, you may learn how to do Brainspotting on your own to ensure that your life choices are aligned with your emotions as well as your thoughts.
Executive Coaching
I tap into my experience in the corporate world, where I held several leadership positions, as well as time spent as a business coach, to support clientsโ career aspirations. Once your goals have been determined, we may look at the challenges you face in achieving them, which may mean looking at lifestyle choices, negative thought patterns, and various working relationships.
Recovery Coaching
I am trained as a CCAR Recovery Coach ๐ and have supported individuals in recovery from substance and process addictions as well as traumatic experiences. Recovery coaching can provide accountability for the recoveree and is client-driven: you decide what youโd like to work on within the framework of your recovery. 12-step recovery is the best recognized form and there exist options such as Smart Recovery๐ and Recovery Dharma, which is based on Buddhist principles. ๐
Relationship Coaching
I believe that humans are social creatures and that life is largely about relationships, starting with the relationship you have with yourself. During relationship coaching, we may look at some of the more fixed ideas you have about yourself; how you would like to be in the world and what may be holding you back from being that person. We may also look at some of your existing relationships and the challenges you face within them, with the goal of you experiencing more ease and joy in each.
